From starting off with an idea in my head, turning it into a script, pitching it to a team, waiting for takers to come aboard. Getting a good team together. Putting holes in the idea to make it even stronger. Draft 2. Draft 3. Draft 4. Draft 5. Casting. Auditions. Equipment rent. Draft 6. Draft 7. Draft 8. Set dates. Organising people and food for the days of shooting. It's my thing. I like being the leader.
Professional Background
Creative is Laoise's middle name and having done a 4 year bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Digital Media, why shouldn't it be. This course brought her through many different aspects of 'creative' digital media and Laoise chose to pursue TV production in 4th year where she was involved with 2 different projects, where she performed as director of photography as head camera woman, followed by her own project where she wrote and directed a short film.
